Install Kuvert as an app

1. 01Open app.kuvert.dk in Safari and log in.
2. 02Tap the Share button, the square with an arrow pointing up. If you cannot see it, tap ⋯ first.
3. 03Choose «Add to Home Screen». You may need to scroll down a little to find it.
4. 04Tap «Add». Kuvert is now on your home screen, and you open it from there.

Chrome, Edge and Firefox on iPhone have the same option under their own Share button. If you opened Kuvert from a link in an email or another app, open the page in Safari first.

2. 02Tap «Installér» (Install) when Kuvert asks. Or open the ⋮ menu and choose «Install app» or «Add to Home screen».
3. 03Confirm. Kuvert is now among your apps and on your home screen.

Samsung Internet, Edge and Firefox on Android have the same option in their menu.

2. 02Click «Installér» (Install) when Kuvert asks, or click the install icon at the far end of the address bar. The same option is in the browser's menu.
3. 03Kuvert opens in its own window and can be pinned to the taskbar or the Dock like any other program.

2. 02Choose File → «Add to Dock», or tap the Share button and choose it there.
3. 03Click «Add». Kuvert is now in the Dock and in the Applications folder.

Once Kuvert is installed, your phone or computer can notify you about what you choose: a sale, a refund, a payout or a new table booking. Tapping the notification opens the right place in Kuvert. Notifications are turned on for each device separately, and when you log out, the device stops receiving them.

On iPhone and iPad, notifications only work once Kuvert is on the home screen, and they need iOS 16.4 or later. Open Kuvert from the home screen when you turn them on.

• Press and hold the Kuvert icon on Android, or right-click it on a computer, and choose «Ved disken» (At the counter) to open straight on Scan.
• While Scan is open, the screen does not switch itself off.
• When there is a new version, «Ny version klar» (New version ready) appears at the bottom of the app. Tap «Genindlæs» (Reload) when you have a moment.
• The app opens without a connection too, but balances and tickets are always looked up with Kuvert, so redemption needs the internet.

Press and hold the icon on the phone and choose to remove the app. On a computer you uninstall it from the app's own menu. Your shop, your orders and your login are not touched.
