This is the day-to-day the card needs to survive — not a feature list.
- Ten punches for massage
- Ten treatments on one punch card, which you issue at reception and take payment for yourself. Each punch is deducted individually when the customer arrives, and both you and the customer can see how many punches are left.
- The treatment costs less than the card
- A gift card for 1,200 kr. and a treatment for 750 kr. You deduct the 750 kr., and the rest stays — the customer books next time on the remaining balance.
- The gift should arrive on the day itself
- The buyer orders in good time and chooses the birthday as the delivery date. The card sends automatically that morning.
- The customer doesn't have a printer
- They don't need one. The card lands in email, and the code is on their phone when they arrive for the treatment.

Each punch is drawn on its own. The number left is not stored anywhere — it is the money on the card, divided by the price of one punch.

- Scheduled delivery
- Birthdays and Mother's Day are planned weeks ahead. Choose the date, and we'll send the card on the day.

Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between a gift card and a punch card?
A gift card carries a balance in kroner, which is deducted by the amount the treatment costs, and the customer buys it themselves online. A punch card carries a number of punches, where each punch is one treatment — you issue it from the dashboard to a customer standing in front of you, and you take payment yourself. Both cards are redeemed on the same screen.
Can a punch card be shared between two people?
The punches are on the card, not on a specific person. Whoever has the code can use a punch — so a couple can easily share a punch card for ten treatments.
Can we sell gift cards for a particular treatment?
Yes. You create the product with the name and price the treatment has. The card still carries a balance, so the customer can use it on something else you offer if they prefer.
Can the customer get money back for an unused punch?
The customer has the right to have a remaining balance paid out in cash, and Kuvert handles the payout as its own posting type with the statutory fee cap.
