Situations you know
This is the day-to-day Kuvert has to handle.
- The regular customer wants ten cups
- Put the punch card on your site, and they can buy ten punches with MobilePay, or issue it yourself and take payment in the till as you usually would. Each punch is deducted when they stand at the counter, and they can see themselves how many are left.
- The queue is long
- Redemption is one scan of the code and one press. There is no terminal to wait for and no till integration that needs to be up.
- The gift is small
- A gift card for DKK 150 should not cost a visit to the café to buy. The guest pays with MobilePay from their phone, and the card is ready straight away.
- The café holds a tasting
- Sell the seats as tickets with fixed capacity, and check the guests in at the door.
- The weekend needs booking
- Brunch guests book their table themselves on your page: day, party size and time, and the system gives them a table that fits, or two tables pushed together when the party is too big for one. If they cancel from the confirmation, the table is free again straight away, and if anyone is on the waiting list, the next one is told.

Frequently asked questions
Can we create a punch card with a free punch on top?
Yes. A punch card with eleven punches can be sold for the price of ten, in your shop or over the counter. You set the punch value, the number of punches and the price, and the discount is in the price.
How quickly can staff deduct a punch?
One scan of the code and one press. There is no terminal and no till integration involved, so redemption does not depend on other equipment working.
Can we see how many punches are left?
Yes. Both you and the guest can look up the card and see the current balance: the number of punches left, and when they were used.
Does it cost anything if the card is not used?
No. Kuvert's fees (2 % + VAT in service fee and DKK 5.00 in handling fee per gift card and per ticket) are deducted at the sale and not later. There is no monthly fee and no cost for a card lying unused.
