Ten classes on one punch card, sold from the studio's own page.
A studio sells visits, not amounts: ten yoga classes, twelve spinning sessions, five personal training sessions. With Kuvert the customer buys the punch card on your page and pays with MobilePay, or you issue it yourself at reception. Each time they show up, you deduct a punch. The gift card for the present and the tickets for the weekend workshop are sold from the same page.

Situations you know
This is the day-to-day Kuvert has to handle.
- The new customer wants to try ten times
- Put the punch card with ten classes in your shop. The customer buys it on their phone, and the card lands in their inbox straight away. You decide what one punch is worth and what the ten cost, so the tenth class can be included in the price.
- The customer shows up for class
- The customer shows the code on their phone or in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. You scan it and deduct one punch, and both you and the customer can see how many are left.
- The card was bought over the counter
- If the customer pays at reception as usual, you issue the punch card yourself from the dashboard. No payment goes through Kuvert, and there are no fees on that sale.
- The weekend workshop has 16 places
- Sell the workshop as tickets with a fixed number of places. When the 16 are sold, sales close on their own, and anyone else who wants to come can join the waiting list.
- A punch card as a Christmas present
- The person giving the card writes a greeting and chooses the day it is sent. The punches belong to the card and not to a person, so the recipient uses them as if they were their own.
- January has to sell
- Create a January punch card with ten classes for the price of eight. You set the price of each punch card yourself, and cards already sold keep their punches.

What matters most
What matters most for yoga & fitness
- Punch cards
- From 2 to 100 punches on one card. The customer buys it on your page, or you issue it yourself with no fee, and punches are deducted one at a time.
- Punches in the phone's wallet

- Tickets for workshops
- Retreats, workshops and intro courses with a fixed number of places, prices in tiers and a waiting list when they sell out.
- Gift cards for presents
- An amount as a gift, which the recipient spends with you when it suits them: on a punch card, a workshop or a personal training session.
- Roles for the instructors
- Instructors can deduct punches and check people in. They cannot issue cards, change prices or see the overall figures.
- Money straight to the studio
- The payment is on the studio's own Stripe account straight away and goes to the bank on the payout schedule you choose.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Can the customer book a specific class with Kuvert?
No. Kuvert is not a class booking system. The punch card keeps track of how many visits the customer has left, and the customer books classes the way they always do. Workshops and courses with a fixed number of places can be sold as tickets.
Can we sell memberships with a fixed monthly payment?
No. Kuvert does not charge customers every month. What the customer buys is paid once: a punch card, a gift card or a ticket.
How long is a punch card valid?
At least 36 months, like a gift card. You can set a longer validity but not a shorter one, so a punch card that expires after three months cannot be made in Kuvert.
Can two people share a punch card?
Yes. The punches belong to the card and not to a person, so whoever has the code can use a punch.
What does it cost?
Punch cards you issue yourself are free. If you sell them in your shop, it costs 2 % + VAT in service fee and DKK 5.00 in handling fee per gift card and per ticket, and by default the buyer pays the handling fee on top of the price. There is no monthly fee and no lock-in.
