A punch has one fixed value that you set yourself, and the card is always charged in whole punches: a service that costs two punches deducts two at once. If something costs an odd amount, you deduct the punches that fit and take the rest as an ordinary payment.

Yes. Create it as a fixed-price product, set the punch value and the number of punches, and the customer buys it in the same order as a gift card, and the card arrives by email. If you would rather sell it at the counter, you issue it yourself from the dashboard instead. It is the same kind of card; the only difference is who takes the payment.

Nothing, when you issue them yourself: Kuvert's fees apply to what customers buy in your shop, and a card you hand over across the counter is no sale for us. Issue as many as you need. If, on the other hand, you sell the punch card in your shop, it is a sale like any other and carries the same service fee and handling fee as a gift card.

The card sits with zero balance and can't be used again. The history stays, so you can see when each punch was deducted.

Yes. The card has its own page showing the punches left, and one tap adds it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. When you deduct a punch, we update the saved card.
