Tickets for club nights, and a door that closes itself.
A club night is sold three times: the advance sale that is gone in a day, the standard ticket, and the door sale while the queue is outside. Kuvert sells all three from the same page, each with its own price, its own number and its own window.

Four situations you know
This is the day-to-day the card needs to survive — not a feature list.
- Early bird must be gone before Friday
- Give the price its own number and its own deadline. The first 80 tickets cost less, their sale closes a day before, and the standard price takes over without anyone touching anything.
- Door sales run while the queue waits
- The order deadline may fall AFTER the doors open. Set it three hours into the evening and people in the queue can buy on their phone while they wait — and the sale closes itself when you say.
- The door has to look once
- The scanner checks the ticket in on the spot and moves to the next without stopping. The same code can only let one person in — the second gets «Already used», not a green screen.
- The night is sold out at 22
- The page offers a waiting list instead of being a dead end. If a place frees up there is a queue to write to, and you can see how many are waiting before you decide to open more.
- There is an 18 age limit
- The age limit is on the ticket and on the page, so the guest knows before they pay — not at the door, where it is you who has to say no.
- The booth has to sell on the same night
- The number sits on the price, not on the evening, so «Booth for 6» can stand beside the standard ticket and the door ticket. One price, one document, six chairs — and the door can see on screen how many are meant to walk in behind that single tap.
- The deposit is meant to be drunk
- Put an amount on the booth, and the guest gets it back as a gift card the same moment they have paid — with a bonus on top if you like. The balance counts down on their own screen as the night goes. A minimum spend without anyone having to read your till.
- It is the same Friday every week
- Create the evening once and say which days it falls on. The coming weeks open by themselves as drafts you can edit the line-up in before they go on sale — and weeks you are closed you close on the series.

What matters most for nightclubs
- Prices with their own quota
- Advance, standard, VIP and door ticket on the same night. Each price has its own number and its own window, and they open and close by themselves.
- Check-in at the door
- Scan the ticket on a phone. The same ticket lets one person in, and an already-used code says so immediately.
- The ticket in the phone's wallet
- The guest puts the ticket in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. In the queue that means the code is on the screen instead of in an email that has to be dug out.
- Gift cards for the bar
- The same page can sell gift cards alongside the tickets — for a Christmas present, for a company, or as a table card.
- MobilePay in the queue
- Door sales happen on a phone, in the dark, one-handed. MobilePay, Apple Pay and Google Pay are three taps, not a card number.
- Booths and table service
- One price can admit the whole table and carry an amount for the bar. The guest holds one document, and the balance counts down as the evening goes.
- Weekly evenings
- The Friday club is created once. The coming weeks open by themselves as drafts, and closed days are closed on the series.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Can we have advance sales and door sales on the same night?
Yes. A night can have several prices, and each price has its own number and its own window. The advance sale can close a day before, while the door ticket only opens when the doors do.
Can ticket sales continue after the doors have opened?
Yes. The order deadline may fall after the start time, precisely because a club sells to the queue. Set it three hours into the evening and people can buy until then.
What happens if the same ticket is shown twice?
The second showing is refused. One ticket lets one person in, and the scanner says «Already used» rather than approving again — that is the whole point of checking in rather than just looking.
Can we set an age limit?
Yes. The age limit is set on the event and shown on the page and on the ticket, so the guest knows it before they pay.
What do we do when the night is sold out?
The page offers the guest a waiting list instead of a dead end. You can see how many are on it, which is also the answer to whether opening more places is worth it.
Can we sell booths beside the ordinary tickets?
Yes. How many people a ticket admits sits on the PRICE and not on the evening, so the same Friday can sell single tickets, tables and booths. «Booth for 6» is one document and six chairs: the quota on the price is the number of booths, while the evening’s capacity is the number of people. The door sees both on the screen it scans with.
Can a booth come with an amount for the bar?
Yes. Put an amount on the price — and a bonus, if you like. The amount is issued as an ordinary Kuvert gift card to whoever holds the ticket the moment the booth is paid for, and is then drawn down on your own screen like any other card. It is a minimum spend without anyone having to read your till: when the balance runs out, the table pays like everybody else. What is not drunk is still the guest’s — the card lives for 36 months.
Do we have to create the Friday club every week?
No. Create the evening once and say which weekdays it repeats on, and Kuvert opens the coming weeks by itself. They arrive as drafts, so line-up and prices can be corrected before they go on sale, and weeks you are closed you close on the series. Evenings that already exist stay as they are — a series only decides what opens next.
