Create the campaign
- 01Go to Campaigns in the dashboard.
- 02Set start and end dates.
- 03Set the bonus — how much the customer gets on top of what they paid.
- 04Choose whether the campaign should be visible on your gift card page or only accessible via a direct link.
Public or hidden
| Type | Who sees it | Used for |
|---|---|---|
| Public | Everyone on your gift card page. | Seasonal campaigns, December, sales periods. |
| Hidden | Only those you send the link to. | Newsletters, partners, closed groups. |
What the bonus costs you
The bonus is real money on the card that the customer can use with you. With a 20 % bonus you receive 500 kr. and owe services for 600 kr. Set the bonus based on your margin — not on what looks best in an advert.
The platform fee is calculated from what the customer pays. No fee is charged on the bonus amount.
While it runs
The campaign turns on and off automatically on the dates you've set. A purchase outside the period gets no bonus, even if the customer has an old link. You can change or stop the campaign as you go.
A code for each influencer
A hidden campaign can have a code, e.g. SOFIE20. The customer types it under «Have a campaign code?» on your gift card page, or opens the link with the code in it, and the bonus is on the card before they pay. Give each influencer their own code, and you can see what each of them sells.
- 01Create a campaign, or open an existing one.
- 02Type the code in the «Kampagnekode» field. The campaign becomes hidden by itself — a public campaign already applies to everyone.
- 03Save, and send the code or the link shown under the campaign to the influencer.
Only the first ones
Set «Maks. antal gavekort», e.g. 10, and the campaign only applies to the first 10 gift cards. The limit counts gift cards, not orders: one order of three cards uses three. A card that is in the middle of being paid for counts until the payment is completed or abandoned.
When the limit is reached, the customer is told the code is used up and can buy without the bonus. Nobody is charged for a card without the bonus they were promised — if the last card goes while someone is at the payment step, they are asked to reload the page first.
What the campaign has sold
For each campaign you can see how many gift cards it has sold, the revenue and how much bonus has been given. Only paid orders count, and refunds are deducted. If the campaign has a limit, it also shows how many have been used.
